RULES

1.No bass boats allowed.All boats must be under 16' long. Alum type boats of any kind under 16' long. Fiberglass boats under 16' allowed but may not have a pre manufactured live well.boats may also not have a motor above a 50 hp attached to it.
2.2 persons per boat (max)
3. May not run gas motor at any time during tournament. After the weigh in is over, the tournament is over then you may do what you want with your gas motor.
4.5 fish limit per boat ( black bass species only)
5.Fish must be 12" long to be legal fish. Fish may be checked with no penalty before the weigh in. Once weighed in the fish will not be allowed and a 1 pound penalty will be applied to your total weight.
6.All fish must be kept alive. Alive means must swim away. Any fish that does not swim away will be reweighed and deducted from your total weight. You will not be allowed to weigh in a fish in its spot. If you have a fish die does not mean you can only weigh in 4 fish it means the 5 fish you weigh are your 5 fish no exceptions.If you think its dead don't weigh it in swap it before you weigh.
7. Artificial bait only.  No trolling. Only 1 rod per person in the water at a time.
8.You will need to be paid and live well checked before we start. Being late is ok but you will need to find Jeff Stone and pay and have a livewell check before you make 1 cast. If you make any attempts at fishing before your payed and livewell checked you will not be allowed to participate. No exceptions.If your partner is late you may not start fishing until he gets there and then have a livewell check. Or you can fish with out him but when you start the tournament no one is allowed to enter the boat.
9.$20.00 per person and $4.00 per boat.
10.Tie breaker is the spot in question spit money and both get that places points. Example : pays 2 spots 1st place $200 and 2nd place $100 and two boats tied for 1st place will get $150 each and both get 1st place points.
11.You are not allowed to get off your boat once the event starts. If emergency  you will need to get with another boat in our tournament and be acknowledged getting off the boat and back on the boat. Empty handed.
12.The weigh in time is final if your late your d/q. It is up to you to be back on time. If you have a mechanical break down you will need to get with some one else in the tournament by phone or by person before the end of the tournament. Don't wait till 2 min to go and be 5 min away and then call. Your then late. If you have battery trouble you will not be allowed any extra time at all batteries don't just die they die slowly if you feel it dieing start back early enough to get back in time. You may be pulled in but the both of you have to be back in  time.
13.All tournaments will be fished as planed. No rain outs. If a very bad act of nature hits and we do decide to call it off it will be fished the very next Saturday. Same time place and rules.Once we start a tournament we will finish it no call offs. If it gets really bad we will vote to shorten the tournament or to seek shelter and resume as a group majority vote rules. We will weigh then or at a designated time. We will not add any time for lost time.
14.Members can have a visitor fish with them 1 time before they have to join. If they join before the next tournament they can receive their points for the tournament they fished prior.After a tournament has passed their points wont count.
15. If you catch a fish you would like to mount you may keep it after the club has determined its alive.If determined its dead by the club you can either keep it or put it back to swim off to show its alive.
 
***THERE IS A 3 DAY RULE ON PRE-FISHING. YOU MAY NOT BE ON THE DESIRED TOURNAMENT LOCATION 3 DAYS PRYOR OF THAT TOURNAMENT. THAT MEANS YOU MAY NOT FISH THAT LAKE (WENSDAY-THURSDAY -FRIDAY) OF THAT WEEK.  YOU MAY FISH OLIVER WENSDAY NIGHT TOURNAMENT AND GOAT ROCK  THURSDAY NIGHT TOURNAMENT IN THOSE WEEKS ONLY.
